Fall 2017 Beauty Essentials

With fall in full force here in Oregon – leaves are turning, I have to wear a jacket if I go outside – I figure it is time to update my beauty bag for the season.

This year for fall I’m pretty busy. From moving into my new place to an endless supply of high priority projects at work, I need a beauty look that stays in place all day and looks good when I’m running between packing up my car and meetings.

Enthusiast Approved Fall 2017 Beauty Buys

1. Pacifica Kale Luxe Oil-Free Cream

I love this moisturizer because it goes deep and leaves a beautiful dewy finish without feeling oily or making makeup slide off. It’s perfect for maintaining a healthy complexion during all the harsh winds and cold temps.

2. Laura Geller Baked Gelato Illuminator in Gilded Honey

I love the warm gold tone of this because it reminds me of falling leaves and autumn sunsets. A soft sweet of this creates the most beautiful highlight that makes anyone turn into a Fall Goddess.

3. Rimmel London Lasting Finish Matte in 107

This has been my go-to lipstick for years. Not only does it apply nicely, but it lasts for hours and hours. The dark, vampy red is perfect for anything from work to going out with friends, and lasts for most of a work shift, with a quick reapply. Plus the matte look goes great with a gold highlight.

4. fresh Sugar Lip Polish

Before you apply that lipstick, make sure to get all the nasty dry stuff off your lips. I love this scrub because it is easy to use, lasts forever, and fresh is one of the best companies ever. A quick application before lipstick means my lip colour lasts longer.

5. Kristin Ess Depth Defying Water-Based Pomade

My biggest issue with this season is the wind. It makes my fine hair go everywhere. That’s why I love this styling pomade from Kristin Ess because it weighs down my hair without feeling heavy and maintains style. No more hastily done buns!
