Friends, Family, and Food – Perfection

When I was a child, I used to think of growing up. I used to imagine living on my own and coming back during holidays and thinking, “Yes, I’m here now, but I need to jet back to my own fabulous life. Was so nice seeing you!”

Now I am an adult and, let me tell you, my imagined adulthood is very inaccurate.

After being away from home for two months due to university, I’ve found myself enjoying my new life, but missing those back home dearly. So this week has been all about me reacquainting myself with all my lovelies and such. And gaining 100 lbs. on Thanksgiving.

It’s been two months since I’ve seen my friends. These girlies are such a huge part of my life. We’ve been going out to eat, see films, and just hanging out around the house. It’s almost like I never left, only I have a billion new memories of things I’ve done without them. It has been so great to catch up because I have no idea how I went two months without them by my side. This reunion has been bittersweet since I’m only back for a few days, but we’re going to squeeze in as much love and silliness before Sunday that we can!

As much as I missed my friends, my family has been INCREDIBLY difficult. I miss them so much all the time. Now that I’m home, I realize that I have made the right decision going to university and starting my adult life, but I do miss the comforts of living with parents. It’s been so nice having that comfort of home while I’ve been back. Having to go back to dorm food and not having them to converse with will be hard, but only ten days until I come back for winter break!

Thanksgiving Dinner Coupon Round Up

Thanksgiving was good to me this year. We had so much delicious food and it was really nice to just sit with my family. I ate myself silly and am still regretting it a day later. We usually only have Thanksgiving with my immediate family, and I kind of like it. My parents and brother mean a lot to me and I like to just spread our thanks with our little group. While we stuff our faces.

All in all, this week has been absolutely great!

A big blessing for me this year has been all of you! After almost reaching 800 subscribers (we’re literally so close I can feel the outline of the eight on my fingertips) and it’s so surreal to be going on this journey with all of you! You, once again, are one of the best things that has ever happened in my life.

Thank you so much for reading and I hope you all had a great Turkey day!

Also, later today (2 pm PST) me and my best friend Katy (from KatySuzie) will be doing a YouNow broadcast. We are going to be doing a bunch of silly challenges and everything else that makes us the goofballs that we are on the Internet! So please come check us out. The link is and I will be posting the link again at 2. It’s going to be a blast!

Stay classy, Internet,
