Although I’ve read The Great Gatsby about a million times, each time I read it it feels like the first time. The Great Gatsby is one of those books that makes you want to jump in between the pages and live in the world of the characters. It is truly one of my most favorite reads of all time.

So, I am a Wikipedia addict. If I want to know something, I go straight to Wikipedia. And on one of my many Wikipedia ambles, I was looking up the actress Carey Mulligan (An Education, Never Let Me Go, Pride & Prejudice) and found out something that, yes, has to do with The Great Gatsby.
Apparently, they are going to be coming out with a 3-D film of The Great Gatsby in 2012! This really excited me. The cast so far goes as:
Daisy Buchanan – Carey Mulligan
Jay Gatsby – Leonardo DiCaprio
Tobey McGuire – Nick Carraway
Joel Edgerton – Tom Buchanan
Ilsa Fischer – Myrtle Wilson
I’m really excited to see how they recreate this film (this is the 5th time), but also how they do it in 3-D. After seeing that it will be in 3-D, I just had to re-read the book. And after a quick skim, Bazmark Films has quite a job in front of them. So, when it comes out, go see it! We are taking this American classic to a new level.
So, thank you for reading. I would like to thank my parents and Wikipedia for producing the person who wrote this post and the place where that person got the facts. And I would like to thank you, for reading this!
Keep on being so absolutely bloomin’ wonderful!
-Morgan
