My coworker has a joke that I live at Trader Joe’s. And this isn’t as much a joke as a slightly exaggerated truth. I love Trader Joe’s and I am not ashamed of it.

Here’s what I always have in my cart…
My Favourite Trader Joe’s Foods
Pollo Asado Burrito
This burrito (the carnitas salsa verde is also delicious) is the best quick lunch ever. A little spicy, the right amount of everything, and always filling, I always have these in the fridge for a quick meal.
Romano Caesar Dressing
This dressing is what got me back into eating salad. It is creamy and perfectly mixes salty and savory. I could eat it every meal. Pair with romaine, chicken, and parmesan for the perfect summer lunch.
Mandarin Orange Chicken

I’ve been eating this since high school. The best sweet chicken to serve over rice, I have yet to meet anyone who doesn’t love it. In college, a bag of this in the freezer barely lasted a night.
Mint Chip Ice Cream

This is the best mint chip ice cream I’ve ever had – and I’ve had a lot of mint chip. It is creamy, not artificially colored {don’t you hate that?}, and doesn’t melt immediately, keeping that freshly opened texture for a while. I want to buy this in bulk it is so good.
Almond Butter Granola

If you’re looking for a good gluten-free, yet delicious breakfast meal, definitely go for this. It is honestly the most delicious cereal alternative I’ve had, and it’s also perfect for a snack.
Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups
This is a necessity in my house. Creamy, crunchy, and that irresistible contrast of sweet and salty, these are the best thing at Trader Joe’s hands down. And. for those trying to curb your sugar intake, they are so rich that you can barely keep down three of them.
